About Us
Previously, VeloMania operated as a bicycle shop with a traditional approach to sales and service. Today, we are completely restructuring the project, focusing on bicycle tourism, active recreation, and bicycle rentals across Moldova.
Bicycle Tours and Rentals
We organize guided tours and excursions in Chișinău and across the country, and we offer bicycle rentals for every taste — from city bikes to electric models. We move away from standard hourly rentals and focus on ready-made packages for tours and excursions, or full-day rentals and 24-hour options for individual rides.
Our routes include excursions to historical and architectural landmarks, natural trails, and wine roads — we create a unique experience that is not available in standard tourist programs. We also take clients' preferences into account when planning routes, offer safe and comfortable paths, provide advice on equipment and choosing the right bike, so that every ride is as comfortable and enriching as possible.

Technical Maintenance and Safety
Our experienced mechanics provide high-quality service and technical maintenance: bicycles undergo regular diagnostics, repairs, and preparation for trips to ensure that every client enjoys safety and comfort. We check brakes, tires, gears, and batteries (for electric bikes) and perform adjustments or minor repairs as needed. All bicycles are kept in working order and clean to minimize breakdowns on the route and save clients’ time.
Client Care
VeloMania’s service goes beyond technical maintenance: when handing over a bike, we provide a brief instruction on using the equipment, adjust the saddle and handlebars, and supply a helmet and basic repair kit (spare tube, pump). We also help choose the optimal model — city, touring, or electric — based on the route and the client’s fitness level.
New Formats and Routes
Starting in 2026, we are preparing numerous innovations and formats: individual and group guided tours with experienced guides, corporate programs (team building) with complete logistics, multi-day routes with accommodation and accompaniment, as well as thematic tours — visits to wineries, natural trails, and cultural routes. We plan to implement convenient online booking, advance payment options, and GPS route confirmation so that clients can see the route and difficulty level in advance. We also collaborate with local farms, guesthouses, and wineries for comfortable stops and tastings.
VeloMania Mission
The mission of VeloMania is to transform the bicycle into a way to discover Moldova in a new way: safely, comfortably, and informatively. We focus on well-planned routes, proper equipment preparation, and human accompaniment — so that each trip brings pleasure, not worries. It is important for us to combine the professionalism of our mechanics, the preparation of our guides, and respect for nature and local culture.
